By purchasing the Grant Directory e-Book, you receive a free 30-day trial membership to the Grantor’s Institute of America (GIA) featuring online access to our exclusive information and tools designed to help you find and obtain grants for which you may qualify. Unless you elect to cancel your free trial membership, you will be enrolled in our GIA membership program at the monthly subscription price then in effect (currently $19.97 per month). Thereafter, your GIA membership will be automatically renewed each month until cancelled.

You authorize us (Granor’s Institute of America) or our billing company to charge your credit card for the monthly subscription price on the first day of each renewal period or at any time thereafter. We reserve the right to increase or decrease membership rates and other charges upon 30 days notice posted on our website. You agree to immediately inform us of any change in your home or billing address or any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credit card.

How to cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us at

Cancellation of any membership must be received at least two business days prior to expiration of the monthly term to be effective as of the end of that term. No refunds or credits will be given with respect to any month or partial month for membership charges made or accruing within two business days of cancellation.

By becoming a member of the Grantor’s Institute of America (GIA), you agree that we may contact you from time to time via email, electronic messaging, postal service and/or telephone and you consent to receive information, commercial advertisements and promotional offers for products and services from us and our selected affiliates.

We have the right to refuse membership or to cancel any membership at any time for any reason.
We make no representation and give no warranty as to the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided by or made available through this web site or the Grantor’s Institute of America (GIA). We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to all products and services offered or sold herein or pursuant hereto.

By accepting our trial membership or enrolling for a monthly GIA Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and such other or additional terms, conditions or requirements that may be in effect from time to time with respect to such memberships.
